Toward a Theory of International NormsSome Conceptual and Measurement IssuesUniversity of Florida
University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign This article looks conceptually and empirically at how international norms influence state behavior. In particular, the role of norms vis-à-vis self-interest and power politics concerns are discussed.
